SURPRISE VISIT

PER STEIN (QPC No. 70) a tourist bus driver from Indre Ama, Norway visited the Alcala's residence last September 28. Mr. Stein is married to a native of Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines and their marraige was blessed with a son. He took advantage of his vacation and availed a lot of RP stamps in the different post offices in Lucena City and Candelaria as well. Apart from visiting his philatelic friends, he also intends to visit PhilPost at Liwasang Bonifacio and the different stamp dealers in Manila.
